Infineon
Technologies is the former semiconductor division of Siemens (www. infineon.com)
and is one of the ten largest semiconductor companies. We are working in
the nanodevice group at corporate research, the central research division.
The main focus in our group is working on nanoscale CMOS devices, but we
are also evaluating new concepts like molecular electronics or quantum computing
as they could in the long term substitute CMOS.
